POLIYOU
POLIYOU is an eco-friendly polyurethane foam that can be recycled and reproduced repeatedly. We recycled the foam from both post-consumer furniture and other pre-consumer foam-related products to produce POLIYOU foam material, we use up to 85% of the recycled material, and the carbon emission of our POLIYOU is only 1.46kg for each kilogram of POLIYOU produced. It is ten times lower than make traditional polyurethane foam. We have also granted the GRS 4.0 certificate for the POLIYOU material.

POLIPLUS HYBRID is an MDI open-cell two-component polyurethane foam with densities from 60-140 kg/m3. It is lightweight and with excellent ventilation features. POLIPLUS HYBRID is anti-hydrolysis and can also formulate with rubber to enhance the compression set, rebound, and compression deflection. With up to 30% of recycled rubber to enhance the breathability of the PU foam material.

POLIYOU is an open-celled foam with excellent ventilation properties and the anti-bacterial function of its unique natural characteristic. With our patent formulation, POLIYOU material has enhanced the hydrolysis resistance, superior compression set, and excellent energy return property.
Our formula can also be enhanced with different additives to obtain specific properties and applications.
